Turn Around Time (TAT)

  • Ready To Ship (RTS) as is: 3-5 business days
  • Ready To Ship with Personalization: 2-4 weeks
  • Made To Order (MTO): 6-8 weeks
  • Custom: 6-8 weeks

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns or offer exchanges; however, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us.

Care Instructions

All of our items are handmade with tons of love, time and talent poured into them. Please carefully follow care instructions to ensure you get the most out of your items!

  • Do not soak. Soaking your tumbler can lead to the Epoxy Seal breaking  and ruining the artwork.
  • Please DO NOT use Dishwasher or Microwave.
  • Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although we use high quality epoxy with 500* heat resistance and UV protection, long term exposure to UV rays can damage/fade your cup design. This can also cause premature yellowing of the epoxy.
  • Avoid dropping or rough handling of products. The last thing you want is a ruined item.
